2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed by our bank.
  • We ship Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 Madrid time (CET/CEST).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Spain (peninsular): 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 7–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: approximately 30 days (customs delays possible)

5. Right of Withdrawal (Desistimiento)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason (Art. 71–79 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

To exercise this right, notify us by email at danevrado@gmail.com before the period expires. You must return the product in its original condition, packaging, and with all accessories. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We will refund the full amount (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Legal Warranty

All new products have a legal warranty of 3 years from delivery against lack of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Spanish law). For warranty claims, send the product to: R. López Mora, 5, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and EU regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring claims in your place of residence.
