At Carsoundcraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights for returns, refunds, and exchanges under Spanish and EU law. It applies to all orders placed on https://carsoundcraft.com.

We comply with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771 (implemented in Spain).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer buying online (distance contract), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us by email at danevrado@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. Include your order number, name, and decision to withdraw.
  • Return the goods to us within 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (unless the product is defective or we offered free returns). The goods must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

2. Refunds for Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (but not extra costs for express delivery), using the same payment method you used (unless agreed otherwise).
  • The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment.

3. Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Products (Legal Guarantee)

All new products come with a legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery against lack of conformity (faults existing at delivery). This is in addition to your right of withdrawal.

If the product is defective or not as described:

  • Contact us within 2 months of discovering the issue (email danevrado@gmail.com with photos and details).
  • We will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund (priority: repair/replace first; refund if not possible within reasonable time).

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (if clearly specified at purchase).
  • Sealed audio/video/computer software that has been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content (if delivery started with your consent and you waived the right).
  • Other exemptions under EU/Spanish law (e.g., hygiene-sealed items if unsealed).

5. How to Return an Item

1. Email danevrado@gmail.com with your order number and reason (withdrawal or defect).
2. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
3. Ship to: R. López Mora, 5, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain.
4. Keep proof of postage.
We recommend using tracked shipping.

6. Refunds Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. If paid by bank transfer, provide updated details if needed. Partial refunds may apply if only part of the order is returned.
