Shipping Policy
At Carsoundcraft, we strive to deliver your car audio products as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, dispatch schedule, estimated delivery times, and how to track your package.
All information complies with Spanish and EU regulations on transparency in e-commerce (Law 34/2002 LSSI-CE and consumer protection rules).
1. Order Processing & Payment Confirmation
We process and ship your order only after:
- 100% payment is received
- Our bank fully confirms that the funds have arrived in our account
This ensures secure and accurate processing for every order.
2. Shipping Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Madrid time (CET/CEST).
- Orders paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders received or paid after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays in Spain will be processed on the next working business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate and depend on the carrier and destination:
- Spain (peninsular): 3–5 business days
- European Union countries: 7–10 business days
- Rest of the World: approximately 30 days (may take longer due to customs clearance and local postal services)
Important notes:
- We partner with trusted third-party couriers and postal operators (e.g., SEUR, MRW, Correos Express, DHL, etc.).
- Delivery speed depends entirely on the carrier — unfortunately, we cannot always accelerate shipments.
- Customs clearance (for non-EU destinations) may add extra time and fees — these are the buyer's responsibility.
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- The tracking number
- A direct link to track the package on the carrier's website
To check the internal order status with us (e.g., "Processing", "Shipped", "Ready for Dispatch"):

- Enter your billing email and Order number (found in the confirmation email, invoice, or receipt)
Important:
- Status and tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after payment confirmation or shipment.
- If no information appears, please try again later, clear your browser cache, or open the page in incognito/private mode.
