Which countries do you ship to?

Everywhere we can reliably reach: Spain, full EU, UK, USA, Canada, Asia (Japan, Korea, China, etc.), Latin America, Australia, and most other countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout — message me, we'll figure it out.

Do you offer retail and wholesale?

Yes! Retail for everyone, wholesale for installers, shops, and pros. Contact me for wholesale pricing and account setup — special rates after quick verification.

Is self-pickup available?

Absolutely — come grab your gear in Málaga! Just email or call ahead to set a time (Mon–Fri). Address: Calle Rojas 2, Floor 2, Apt. 4, 29014 Málaga.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (SEPA for EU), Visa/Mastercard (secure gateway). No PayPal, Apple Pay, or similar at the moment. We process only after full bank confirmation — safe and sound.

In what currency are prices shown?

All prices in Euros (€). Card payments auto-convert by your bank. No extra fees from our side.

How long until payment is confirmed?

Cards — instant. Bank transfers (SEPA) — 1–2 working days (faster inside EU). We ship right after full confirmation.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs calculated at checkout (depends on weight, destination, speed). No hidden surprises — we show everything before payment.

How long for delivery to Spain?

3–5 business days (peninsular Spain). Fast and reliable.

Delivery to EU / worldwide?

EU: 7–10 business days.
Rest of world: approx. 30 days (customs can add time). We use trusted carriers — tracking always provided.
