At Carsoundcraft, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order and what to expect in terms of refunds, depending on the status of your order.

All procedures comply with Spanish and EU consumer protection laws, including the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

1. Cancellation Before Shipment (Order Still in Processing)

If your order has not yet been shipped (status: "Processing", "Payment Confirmed", "Preparing for Dispatch" etc.), you can cancel it easily and receive a full refund.

How to cancel:

  1. Send us an email to danevrado@gmail.com as soon as possible.
  2. Include your order number (from confirmation email or invoice) and a clear request to cancel the order.
  3. We will confirm cancellation within 24–48 hours (usually much faster during business hours).

Refund:

  • Full refund of the order amount (including any paid shipping fees) to your original payment method.
  • Refund processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • No cancellation fees apply if the order has not been shipped.

Important: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can stop the process before dispatch.

2. Cancellation or Return After Shipment (Order Already in Transit)

Once the order has been shipped, simple cancellation is no longer possible because the package is already with the carrier. However, you still have strong consumer rights:

A. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) physically receive the goods.

Steps:

  1. Notify us by email at danevrado@gmail.com within the 14-day period. State your decision to withdraw and include your order number.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notification.
  3. Send the package to: R. López Mora, 5, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage.

Conditions for return:

  • Goods must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
  • You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping (unless the product is defective).

Refund: Full amount (including standard shipping costs paid by you) refunded within 14 days after we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment.

B. Return Due to Defect or Non-Conformity (Legal Guarantee)

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, refer to our Warranty Conditions and Return and Refund Policy pages. In these cases:

  • We cover return shipping costs.
  • You have up to 3 years legal warranty (priority: repair → replacement → refund).
  • Contact us immediately with photos and details.

3. Important Notes

  • We cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been delivered and accepted without using the 14-day withdrawal right or warranty claim.
  • Custom or personalized products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (if clearly stated on the product page).
